Reliance Opts for More Time to Deploy Deep Driller 4

Aban Drilling has reported that a Contract has been entered into with the current operator, Reliance India, for the deployment of the jackup Rig "Deep Driller 4." Reliance has declared the first of the two 'six-month' options, which is likely to commence in the 4th quarter of year 2008, following the end of the 12 month firm period.
The estimated revenues from this optional period would be approximately US $36 million.
