Odfjell Shareholders Want to Acquire Remaining Shares
Odfjell Invest Ltd
Purchasers controlling 99.6% of Odfjell Invest Ltd's shares gave notice to shareholders of their decision to acquire the remaining shares. The notice is given pursuant to Section 103 of the Companies Act 1981 of Bermuda. The offered price is NOK 20.00 per share, payable in cash.
The announcement stated that Odfjell Capital Ltd., Odfjell Drilling Ltd., Aseo International Ltd., Offshore Rig Invest Ltd. and Aseo AS wants to acquire all of the shares of the company which the Purchasers do not currently own, pursuant to Section 103 of the Companies Act 1981 of Bermuda. The notice will be sent to all remaining shareholders of Odfjell Invest Ltd. registered in the Norwegian Central Securities Depository.
