Bergen Bags Pipe Installation Contract for Offshore New Build

Bergen Group has, through its subsidiary Bergen Group Skarveland, received a contract regarding a complete pipe installation with value of NOK 36 million with Hellesoy Verft AS. The contract is a delivery for a new build offshore vessel built for a Norwegian ship owner. The delivery is scheduled to be completed before the end of
October 2009.
Bergen Group Skarveland is a part of Bergen Group's Technology Division and is localized at Sunde, Hordaland (Norway). The company is positioned as a supplier of complete pipe installations for vessels and offshore constructions. Additionally to being a part of the Group's value chain in shipbuilding and offshore, the company has a substantial portfolio of external customers.
