Canadian Spirit's VP of Business Development Steps Down

Canadian Spirit announced that Ken Sinclair, Vice President, Business Development will be leaving the Company effective immediately to pursue personal interests. Ken will continue his relationship with CSRI as a consultant.

"Joining the Company in 2002, Ken was a key member of the team that identified the unconventional natural gas potential of the Farrell Creek area in northeast British Columbia where the Company is now actively pursuing the Gething and Montney Formations. Ken's vision and persistence has enabled CSRI to build a strong land position with huge potential and we look forward to his continued contribution as a consultant to the Company," said Don Gardner, Chief Executive Officer.
