Edinburgh Oil Sells UK Onshore Asset

Edinburgh Oil & Gas has sold its 46.66 percent interest in UK onshore license DL003 (West Firsby oilfield) to Europa Oil & Gas Limited for a cash consideration of approximately £400,000.

Mr Alf Bissett, Managing Director of Edinburgh Oil & Gas plc said: 'The sale is in line with our policy of divestment of our non-core UK onshore interests to focus on our UK offshore interests and key onshore properties.'
