Ramboll Boasts 18% Increase in Number of Employees
Rambol reported that a 43% growth in the number of its employees in one year has prepared Ramboll for future market expansion. The significant growth is the result of an expansion of the Company’s core business, new strategic acquisitions in emerging markets and its ability to attract highly qualified and motivated employees, according to the just released report.
The first half of 2008 proved successful for Northern Europe's leading technical consultancy group with increasing growth in revenue and a sustained high operating profit margin. Profit before tax increased 14% from DKK 163.1 million in the first half of 2007 to DKK 185.8 million in the first half of 2008. Revenue increased 27% to DKK 2,865.4 million (2,254.7) and operating profit (before amortization) margin stabilized at 8.0%.
Ramboll Oil & Gas has contributed considerably to the overall growth of the Group.
Ramboll Oil & Gas has noted a 22 percent increase in revenue and an 18 percent increase in number of employees. The strategy for the next three years is to grow from the current 650 employees to approximately 1200 in 2011 and to rank among the top-20 oil and gas engineering consultancies in the world.
