Shell says repairs to its Forcados pipeline have been completed. The pipeline was shut in after a rupture was discovered over a week ago. The Ughelli Quality Control Center/Rapele trunkline damage is believed to have been caused by sabotage. Evidence of digging and disturbed vegetation was found along the pipeline route. Shell has not confirmed whether the force majeure on Forcados crude has been lifted. Damage to the pipeline cut off 25,000 barrels a day of oil.
