Acteon Group has several companies with expertise in the well and conductor systems market and has for some time considered how they could work more harmoniously to offer a broader range of products and services.
To accommodate this broadening range, Acteon has made some positive changes to strengthen their market position.
The template, tie-back engineering, centralizer and camera business has been merged with Great Yarmouth based Claxton Engineering Services Ltd, another Acteon company and will now trade as UWG, a division of Claxton.
This organizational move combines a range of complementary products and creates a truly integrated conductor systems knowledge base.
UWG’s riser analysis segment will be merged with 2H Offshore Engineering Ltd, another Acteon company. 2H, a recognized leader in the field of riser analysis, plans to strengthen the customer focus of the Norwich office in the near future.
