Key Energy Names Kimberly Frye as New Senior VP & General Counsel
Key Energy Services, Inc. announced that Kimberly R. Frye has been promoted to Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Ms. Frye joined the Company in October 2002 and has served as its Associate General Counsel.
"In her six years with Key, Kim has earned the respect of her colleagues both inside and outside of the Company, primarily as a leader in dealing with many of the issues we faced in 2004-2007 which culminated in the re-listing of the Company's common stock on the New York Stock Exchange following the Company's becoming current with its financial reporting," said Chairman and CEO Dick Alario. "What stands out most about Kim is her devotion and commitment to Key, its employees and shareholders. I am very proud that Key has the leadership, depth and experience in our Legal group to allow me to select someone from within the Company for this important position."
Ms. Frye received her B.S. from the University of Alabama in 1991 and her J.D. from the University of Houston in 1997.
