Crown Point Ventures to Drill Two Wells in Saskatchewan

Crown Point Ventures Ltd. was recently informed by the operator, Interwest Enterprises Ltd., that they have scheduled a drill rig to spud the 1st of two consecutive wells in south east Saskatchewan on July 18, 2008. These wells will test the Bakken formation that is prolific in this area of south east Saskatchewan. The Company holds a 47.5% working interest in both wells. Total cost to the Company will be $384,000 and will be financed through the Company's cash flow. Drilling is expected to take four days per well. The Company and its working interest partners hold the mineral leases on 5,000 net acres of land in south east Saskatchewan.
