Wiser Oil Begins New Production in the Gulf of Mexico

Wiser Oil reports that production has begun from West Cameron Block 416, which was discovered in January of this year. The WC 416 #1 is currently producing 18 million cubic feet of gas per day through the WC 417 production facility. Wiser owns a 25% working interest in WC 416 and WC 417.
At East Cameron (EC) 185, first production has been established from the EC 185 #2, a discovery well announced in November of 2002. The well is currently producing at a rate of 15 million cubic feet of gas and 450 barrels of condensate per day, or 17.7 million cubic feet of gas equivalent per day. Wiser owns a 12.5% working interest in EC 185.
Wiser's net production from the Gulf of Mexico now exceeds 11.5 million cubic feet of gas equivalent per day, 84% of which is natural gas.
