Gobble, Gobble: 3D Seismic On Hold for Turkey Season at Fayette Field

Robert A. Kadane, President of KFG Resources Ltd., reported the Company's subsidiary, KFG Petroleum Corporation, Natchez, MS, has completed the permitting process covering 14.3 square miles prior to conducting a 3-D seismic survey over the Fayette Field, Jefferson County, Mississippi.

This process essentially gives KFG landowners' permission to conduct the survey over their respective lands. Most of the permits were granted with the qualification that the survey could not start until after "Turkey Season" which ends April 30, 2008; consequently, the actual shoot will be in May 2008 with interpretation completed by July 2008.

Hopefully, a test well can be planned for the late Third Quarter or early Fourth Quarter 2008.
