Bashneft, Gazprom Neft, Lukoil Buy 3 Oil, Gas Licenses

Russian oil companies Bashneft, Gazprom Neft and Lukoil Holdings have bought three oil and gas licenses, the Natural Resources Ministry said Tuesday, the Prime-Tass news agency reports.

Bashneft bought a license for the Kitayamsko-Blagodarovskoye field in the Orenburg Region for 1.54 billion rubles ($65.5 million), the ministry said.

Gazpromneft-Khantos, a subsidiary of Gazprom Neft, bought a license for the Zimneye deposit in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District for RUB990 million, according to the ministry.

Lukoil-West Siberia, a subsidiary of Lukoil, purchased a license for the Zapadno-Povkhovskoye field in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District for RUB240 million, the ministry reported.
