Energas Elects to Drill New Wyoming Well

Energas Resources, Inc. announced that the drilling of the Finley #2 has been discontinued due to casing problems encountered in the hole. The engineer recommends that we plug and abandon this location and move over to drill a new offset well.

This new well will be drilled to test the Muddy, Dakota, Lakota, Morrison, Sundance and Leo zones. The location for the new well will directly offset the Finley #1 well which initially flowed 1,516 barrels of oil per day out of the Dakota and Lakota zones. Further announcements will be forthcoming.
