OMZ Elects Farid Kantserov as New Chairman of the Board of Directors

OMZ reported the election of Farid Kantserov as Chairman of the company's Board of Directors.
Farid Kantserov is the Deputy Chairman of the Managing Board of Gazprombank OJSC. He was born in 1949. He has a legal education. After working in law enforcement, he then joined Gazpromenergosbyt LLC as Deputy General Director and Director for External Relations. After that Mr. Kantserov was appointed an Advisor to the Chairman of the Managing Board of Gazprombank. In January 2007 he was elected a Member of the Managing Board of the bank, and then was elected Deputy Chairman of the Managing Board.
