The services the new office will provide include Business Development, Studies, Engineering, Tenders, Project Execution and Operations Support. The newly appointed Business Development Manager Erwin Fijnaut will be based in Moscow in order to provide first-hand support. Jan-Thijs Maatman will continue to guide the strategic activities from the head office in the Netherlands.
