Neptune Discoverer Wraps Up Work in Vietnam

ConSon JOC has decided that they do not require Neptune to continue with the activity under the drilling contract. Formal notice has been given to Neptune to demobilize the Neptune Discoverer as per the terms of the drilling contract.

ConSon confirms that they have been pleased with Neptune Marine's operations and that the company has carried out its obligations in full to date under the terms of the contract.

The Neptune Discoverer will be on dayrate until it has arrived in Singapore, which is expected to be around November 20, 2007. The rig will then immediately start mobilization for its new long term commitment with PDVSA in Venezuela.
