Energy Exerter Now Available in 2008

Northern Offshore has received notice from Maersk Oil and Gas that the Energy Exerter, the company's recently purchased jackup, will be released from its current contract in six months.

The rig is currently working in the North Sea offshore Denmark. Energy Exerter is rated to work in water depths up to 300 feet and has a rated drilling depth of 25,000 feet.
