Standard Drilling's MoU for Jackup Sale Expires

Standard Drilling says that the previously entered Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with an international offshore drilling contractor has expired. The plan was to lift all conditions before end of September. The two parties did not agree on a final purchase within the MoU time limit. The discussions continue between the two parties, but at this time it is unclear if or when there will be a final agreement.
