Pemex Launches Offshore Maintenance Tender
Mexican state oil company Pemex's E&P subsidiary PEP has launched an international tender for maintenance works at its offshore installations in the Gulf of Mexico, according to federal procurement website Compranet.
PEP has scheduled meetings to clarify project questions on September 18 and October 25.
Interested parties can acquire bidding rules through October 25. Bids are due October 31.
Works are scheduled to begin sometime from March 1-May 29, 2008, and run for five years.
For the current fiscal year, 92.1mn pesos (US$8.33mn) and US$20.9mn have been programmed for the works.
