InterAct PMTI Appoints Brent Boudreaux as Director of Marine Operations

InterAct PMTI has named Brent Boudreaux as Director of Marine Operations, President Tom Kennedy announced.

InterACT PMTI, formerly Pacific Management Technologies Inc. (PMTI), was acquired by Acteon, the British-based leader in seabed to surface technology, in mid-June. InterAct PMTI has offices in both Houston and Ventura, CA, employing more than 70 professionals and providing oil and gas project management services worldwide. The company’s project management services fall into four main areas: Regulatory Affairs, Drilling Support Services, Project Management and Subsea Rental Services.

BOUDREAUX has more than 15 years of oil and gas experience, primarily in marine construction/decommissioning. He comes to InterAct PMTI from TETRA Applied Technologies where he was General Manger of TETRA’s heavy lift decommissioning division. Previously, he had managed marine construction/decommissioning projects for Global Industries.

Boudreaux is a graduate of McNeese State with B.S. in mechanical engineering and has an M.B.A. from Texas A&M.

"Brent brings a wealth of experience in marine construction," said Kennedy. "We think he will be a great asset as we expand our marine construction and project management expertise worldwide."

Much of InterAct PMTI’s current workload involves projects offshore California and in the Gulf of Mexico, and the company will continue to pursue work in these areas. However, joining Acteon will allow the company to expand geographically and deliver more complex and challenging projects.
