Mustang Engineering, a subsidiary of international energy services company John Wood Group PLC, announced that Richard Healy and Bill Freeman have joined Mustang's Pipeline business unit as project managers. From their base in the Birmingham office, they will provide project engineering, project management, and business development support to Mustang's pipeline offices throughout the Southeast and Central United States. Both gentlemen have over 25 years experience in the pipeline industry. Richard Healy is a graduate of Auburn University, and is licensed as a Professional Engineer in the state of Alabama. Prior to joining Mustang, he was manager of project management for a gas transmission company based in Birmingham, Alabama. Bill Freeman is a graduate of the University of Alabama and, most recently, was project manager for a major cross-country pipeline project on the eastern seaboard for a gas transmission company also based in Birmingham, Alabama.
