Baker Energy Awarded Contract from Cabinda Oil Company

Baker Energy was awarded a $3.2 million contract from Cabinda, a subsidiary of Chevron, for the provision of Operations, Maintenance and Training manuals and Virtual Plant Modeling for the deepwater Tombua-Landana project, located 50 miles offshore of Angola in Block 14.

'We are very excited about the role we will play in this deepwater project with Chevron, as we continue to grow our business in Southern Africa in 2007,' stated Rodd Smith, Baker Energy's project manager.
