Bourbon to Complete Withdrawal from Vindemia
Pursuant to the decision of its Board of Directors, Bourbon has exercised the put for the 30% of Vindemia still held to date, to Groupe Casino.
Vindemia will be deconsolidated in the Bourbon financial statements once the sale of the shares is completed. The exercise of this option represents the final step in Bourbon's withdrawal from Vindemia.
