Stallion Ups Stake in Mississippi-Louisiana AMI

The Stallion Group has increased its working interest to 40% in the area of mutual interest (AMI) in Mississippi and Louisiana. The Company previously had a 30% working interest in the area.

Stallion increased its working interest due to the recent success of the current drilling campaign. Of the six Frio wells drilled to date, five have been completed as natural gas wells for a success rate of 83%. The Company has previously announced a new 16 well exploration and development drilling program in Mississippi that will commence shortly.

The company plans to drill an initial 50 wells within the area of mutual interest (AMI). Over 7500 miles of 2D seismic and 250 square miles of 3D seismic have already been shot. Stallion holds a 40% gross interest in this AMI (area of mutual interest) in Mississippi and Louisiana.
