Fitch has assigned a positive outlook to Chilean state oil company Enap's A foreign currency international debt rating, the agency said in a statement.

The positive outlook affects Yankee bonds totaling US$440mn that mature in 2012 and 2014 and reflects the positive outlook assigned to Chile's sovereign rating.

The ratings reflect Enap's government support, dominant participation in the local market and solid financial measures the company has adopted, the report said.
