Parker Drilling Announces Senior Management Change



Parker Drilling Company announced that Senior Vice President - Finance and Chief Financial Officer James J. Davis has resigned to pursue other business interests effective immediately. The search has begun for a new chief financial officer, with the appointment expected in the near future.

Davis, 55, joined Parker Drilling in 1991 as senior vice president - finance and chief financial officer. Prior to that appointment he served in management positions at MAPCO Inc. and Mesa Petroleum Co.
