With a total value of £3.8million (GBP), both systems have been specified at 150 HP and 3000-meter depth rating.
Both will be integrated on to TSMarine's new build REM Etive vessel, which is currently being completed in the Kleven shipyard in Norway and is due to be delivered in May 2007.
This DP2 multi-purpose offshore support vessel will be able to undertake rigless intervention, subsea well abandonment, subsea production systems intervention, construction support and ROV survey and inspection work.
Both systems will be deployed by A-Frame from a dedicated mezzanine deck and will have control systems built into the vessel.
The two new Quantum systems will join TSMarine's existing fleet of WROV equipment – the company already owns and operates two 125 HP Triton XLS WROV systems, which are currently operating in the Asia-Pacific region.
Alasdair Cowie, managing director of TSMarine, said: "We are delighted to have taken delivery of these two new systems, which are a welcome addition to our fast growing fleet. "These Quantum ROVs combine high performance with a powerful and adaptable tooling capability and having them integrated on to our vessels allow us to provide a turn-key solution for operators."
