The approval covers TSMarine's recently leased Havila Harmony vessel, which mobilizes for Singapore on March 28, 2007 to carry out Subsea project work for a number of clients in the Australian waters.
NOPSA is the statutory authority regulating Commonwealth, State and Territory coastal waters off Australia and under law all companies operating in the region must pass the organization's safety criteria.
NOPSA, said: "TSMarine is the first company to receive a Safety Case approval specifically for well intervention and as such has set the benchmark for all other service providers."

As well as well intervention the NOPSA Safety Case approval covers the Havila Harmony for diving support work.
