The contract, won through a competitive bid process, replaces an interim contract which had been in place since December, 2001.

CHC Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Craig Dobbin said: "This contract strengthens our long term partnership with Centrica and BHP Billiton. We are pleased to be providing dedicated aircraft service to meet their offshore requirements."
