Intertek Acquires CAPCIS and SREL
CAPCIS is Europe's leading Independent Materials Consultancy and Specialist Testing Group providing a fully integrated range of services across highly regulated and capital intensive industries. CAPCIS has developed an enviable reputation over 30 years for its fundamental understanding, specialist expertise and advanced materials testing capabilities. SREL is the market leading provider of specialist hydrocarbon allocation and production reporting consultancy services to international oil & gas production companies. SREL assists clients to develop unique fiscal accounting models and associated commercial agreements for complex production and allocation systems. Services include the development and auditing of commercial and contractual agreements, the development and implementation of comprehensive allocation computer systems, the provision of specialist allocation and metering consultancy services and a fully outsourced operational management service.
