Carr and Bryan Join Hercules' Management Team
Carr joins Hercules with 25 years of operating and marketing experience in the offshore drilling industry. Most recently, he was employed by ENSCO International where he served as Manager, Operations for the company's Asia Pacific Region. Prior to joining ENSCO in 2001, Carr spent nearly 20 years with R&B Falcon Corporation in various key operations and marketing roles. He is a veteran of the United States Army and is a graduate of United States Military Academy at West Point. Carr will be responsible for Hercules' day-to-day drilling operations.
Bryan has over 30 years of experience in human resources with multi-national corporations in the energy industry. Before his role as Director Human Resources for Project GRAD, a non-profit organization focused on increasing the high school graduation rate of students, Bryan was Vice President Administration and Human Resources for Enron Oil & Gas Co. and Houston Natural Gas. Early in his career Bryan held various human resource management roles with Diamond Shamrock, Aramco Services Co., and Texaco. He received a Masters in Theology from Baylor University and is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a degree in Business Administration. Bryan will be responsible for the human resources functions for Hercules.

They have a combined 55 years of experience in the energy business, which further strengthens our management team."
John Rynd, Senior Vice President of Hercules Offshore, Inc. and President of Hercules Drilling Company, commented, "Terry's broad based background in the offshore drilling industry and extensive international management experience will be of particular value as we expand our geographic focus."
Headquartered in Houston, Hercules Offshore, Inc. owns a fleet of nine jackup drilling rigs and 64 liftboats. The Company offers a range of services to oil and gas producers to meet their needs during drilling, well service, platform inspection, maintenance, and decommissioning operations in shallow waters.
