Martindale to Retire from Expro

Expro International Group PLC announced that, after 11 years with Expro, including 4 years on the Board, Mike Martindale will retire from the Group on 31st December 2006. The Board expresses its sincere gratitude to Mike for his professionalism and dedication, especially during the last two years of significant change, and wishes Mike well in his retirement.

Mike's role as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer will be taken up by Gavin Prise, currently the director of the Eastern Hemisphere Region of the Group. Gavin has worked in the oil & gas sector for over 20 years, the last 11 in a variety of management roles with Expro.

This appointment will take effect on 1st January 2007 and will maintain the balance of skills on the Board.
