Talisman to Spend $56M in Trinidad & Tobago in 2007
Canada's Talisman Energy plans to spend roughly Cdn$65 million (US$56 million) in Trinidad & Tobago as part of its 2007, Cdn$4.8-billion capital spending program.
Talisman plans to drill at least two onshore and four offshore wells in the Caribbean country, the company said in a statement.
In Trinidad & Tobago, Talisman holds interests in offshore blocks 2(c) and 3(a) and onshore block Eastern, according to the company website. The company also has operations in Colombia and Peru, where it will focus on seismic acquisition in 2007, the statement said.
