Real Time Measurements Delivers New Downhole Instrument
Real Time Measurements has successfully delivered the first commercial product from the DataTrak development project. This initial product is an innovative downhole electronic instrument called KC-1, and was put into service immediately upon delivery. Preliminary feedback from this product was extremely positive, as the customer values the innovative easy to use features of the Company's DataTrak hardware and software and intends to take delivery of additional units as they are completed. This development is an important milestone in the corporate strategy of becoming a world leader in the provision of real time and quasi real time measurement technology solutions to the global oil and gas industry. The Company intends to introduce this new product to its current clients, and will be presenting its real time solutions to a number of public and private companies over the coming weeks.
The Company has focused on the DataTrak project for a number of years, and views the KC-1 instrument as the first in a series of innovative products being developed for various industries requiring real time measurement of data. The Company also continues to provide its unique Smart Drop Off (SDO) services to customers in Western Canada and other services in Northern Africa through its relationship with N.A. Solid Petroserve.
