Fairmount Application for OSE Listing Approved
The Board of the Oslo Bors resolved to admit the shares of Fairmount Heavy Transport N.V. for trading on the SMB-list of Oslo Stock Exchange.

The company undertakes to list its shares as soon as is practical. The currently anticipated first day of listing is November 9, 2006.
