Trefoil Completes Atamisqui and Tupungato Transaction
As previously announced in August, Trefoil has completed the acquisition of the Atamisqui and Refugio Tupungato licenses and operations have now started. The final price paid for the transaction was US $40.2 million.
Trefoil will integrate Atamisqui and Tupungato into its current organization, with 28 employees based in Mendoza. The Company's headcount will so increase to a total of 35 employees after the integration, including corporate and headquarters in Buenos Aires.
Trefoil's consolidated assets base now consist of Atamisqui (100%), Tupungato (100%), Puesto Rojas (100%), Cerro Mollar Oeste (100%), Atuel Norte (33%), Chañares Herrados* (50%) and Puesto Pozo Cercado* (50%) (*Joint Venture Contract)
Trefoil is focused on the acquisition, exploitation and development of oil and gas properties in Argentina through its 100% owned Argentine subsidiary.
