KazMunaiGaz Increases Oil Production
In the first nine months of the current year KMG EP increased volumes of oil production compared to the equivalent period last year.
For January to September 2006 production stood at 7,122.8 tonnes of oil, 154 thousand tonnes more compared to the equivalent period last year.
In the first nine months of the current year the Company produced 15.3 thousand tonnes of gas condensate and 564 mmcm of natural gas.
In the period January – September 2006 2,014 thousand tonnes of oil have been supplied through the main oil pipelines of JSC KazTransOil to the domestic market.
In addition, 5,049.7 thousand tonnes of oil have been exported in the first three quarters of 2006, 4% more than for the equivalent period last year.
