Heinritz, former vice president of human resources for Baker Hughes' INTEQ and Drilling Fluids Divisions, will support Enventure's global development as the company explores new markets for its solid expandable tubular (SET) products and services. He will be responsible for attracting, maintaining and motivating a global workforce in support of the desired organizational culture.

Heinritz holds a bachelor's degree in business administration in industrial and labor relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and has attended graduate and leadership training at London School of Business, Stanford University, University of Pittsburgh and University of Evansville.
Prior to Baker Hughes, Heinritz spent 30 years with ConocoPhillips in various corporate and divisional human resource roles, and led the HR initiatives for the merger of Conoco and Phillips. Following the merger he was general manager, human resources for worldwide upstream operations.
