Louis will have a central role in shaping WGPS' strategies for maximizing client relationships and for helping to guide development of the business. Louis joined what is now WGPS' Houma Business Unit as manager in 1990, and was appointed Louisiana Business Unit manager in January 2005. Louis has a demonstrable track record in team building and fostering personal relationships among customers and employees; operations in Louisiana have expanded to more than 900 employees under his leadership. Active in community affairs, Louis has served as president and director of the Houma-Terrebonne Chamber of Commerce, on the board of First National Bank in Houma, and as an Advisory Committee member for Nicholls State University Athletic Department in Thibodaux, Louisiana.
Jim Justice is now responsible for all operations provided by the WGPS' Houma and Lafayette divisions, and brings 28 years of experience in offshore operations and human resources to the position. He served most recently as operation manager of WGPS' Houma division, where he has worked since 1994. A strong supporter of community relations, Jim is active in his church and the Houma-Terrebonne Chamber of Commerce.
