LOI for Neptune Discoverer Cancelled

Neptune Marine has not been able to conclude a contract with the operator for wells to be drilled in the North Atlantic Region within the expiration date of the LOI.

The Company is actively negotiating other possibilities for the vessel after completion of its program in Vietnam in June 2007.
