Jackson, who serves as Noble's president and chief operating officer, joined the class of directors who will stand for re-election to a three-year term at the 2009 Annual General Meeting of Members of the company. Jackson will not serve as a member of the board's Audit, Nominating and Corporate Governance, Compensation, or Finance committees.
