Saudi Aramco Logs Gas Pay with Zamlah-1

The Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Eng. Ali bin Ibrahim Al-Naimi reports that Saudi Aramco discovered in the Eastern Region a new field flowing at an average of 20 million cubic feet of gas associated with 1,400 barrels of condensates per day.

In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency, Al-Naimi says that the well, Zamlah-1, was tested on June 29th. The well is located 50 KM south of Ghawar Field and 250 kilometers southeast of Riyadh city.
