The company has a stringent, in-house "Health, Safety and Environmental Management" program. Training for Chance surveyors include water survival, fire fighting, CPR, first aid, coast guard training, defensive driving, hazard identification, and man-overboard procedures. This system aligns Chance's program with international safety standards.
