Cimarex Energy Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

Cimarex Energy Co. (NYSE: XEC) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular cash dividend on its common stock of 4 cents-per-share. The dividend is payable on September 1, 2006 to stockholders of record on August 15, 2006.
