Covus Production, Precision Drilling Services (Singapore) and Schlumberger Australia have taken delivery of five of the world-leading specialist's offshore accommodation modules.
DMAS has delivered two units to Covus, mobilized from its Singapore base, for seven months in a deal worth almost $90,000. The units comprise an A60 engineering cabin and an eight-man accommodation module.
Precision Drilling Services (Singapore) has taken delivery of an engineering cabin from DMAS Singapore on an initial 100-day contract worth $25,000. The unit will be located off Indonesia for Premier Oil.
Schlumberger Australia has received two of Duffy & McGovern's 20 x 8 foot, zone 1 units for a six month deal worth more than $60,000. The cabins, which are fitted out as offices, were also mobilized from the Singapore hub and are scheduled to remain in Australia following this contract for further work in the region.
Duffy & McGovern's South East Asia vice president Mike Godwin said: "Our Singapore hub is busier than ever as we continue to expand our fleet. These contracts involve our modules being deployed across the region, further enhancing our work with operators on a global basis."
Duffy & McGovern's accommodation units are A60 fire resistant and include integral fire and gas detection systems. They fully comply with the latest SOLAS (Safety of Life at Sea) and IMO (International Maritime Organization) regulations.
