Doyle Resigns as Operations Manager of Baker Energy

Michael Baker Corporation announced that Rex P. Doyle, senior vice president and operations manager of Baker's Energy segment, has resigned his position effective April 20, 2006, to pursue other career opportunities. Upon Doyle's departure, his responsibilities will be co-managed by members of the Energy segment's existing leadership team until a suitable replacement is identified.

Since joining Baker in 2000, Doyle managed various Baker initiatives including E-Commerce Applications for the Engineering segment. In 2002, Doyle transferred to the Energy segment as business development manager and subsequently was named senior vice president and operations manager of the Energy segment in 2003.

By integrating its diverse operating and management skills, Baker has evolved into a single source supplier of competency-based personnel recruiting and training, comprehensive operations and maintenance, and supply chain management services.
