Patriot Mechanical Handling Receives Crane Order from COSL

Patriot Mechanical Handling has received an order valued at US $3.2 million from China Oilfield Services Ltd. (COSL). The order is for five marine deck cranes, spare parts, training and commissioning of the equipment. Training will occur in the Patriot facilities in Houston, with the cranes being delivered to Xingang Seaport, China, upon completion.

Paul Findlay, CEO of Patriot stated, "We are pleased to have the opportunity to work with China Oilfield Services again, a leading player in the Chinese market." He added, "This order, which is for five cranes, speaks volumes to Patriot's ability to compete and successfully win business in this region. Late last year we announced two multi-million dollar orders from Dalian, which solidified our footprint in China, a country whose demand for fossil fuels will continue to increase as its population becomes more affluent. This new order from China Oilfield Services reinforces our strategy once again."
