"The Integrated Management System incorporates quality, health, safety and environmental controls for our operations in the Caspian," said Dan Houser, Vice President & General Manager, Caspian operations. "These certifications recognize that we have established and implemented world-class systems, procedures and standards for both onshore and offshore engineering and construction activities in the Caspian."
According to the audit results, the company successfully satisfied the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 (Quality Management Systems), ISO 14001:2004 (Environmental Management Systems) and OHSAS 18001:99 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems). The approved audit scope includes fabrication, construction, installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning of offshore structures, subsea pipelines, and project management as well as marine vessel management and ship repair.
"These awards will further reinforce customer confidence in our services, with the knowledge that we have in place systems not only for control, but also for identifying and rectifying deficiencies in our work methods; and that we actively take steps to improve our performance," continued Houser.
