Richard A. Peneguy, Jr., previously vice president and division manager for the Onshore Division, has assumed the position of vice president and division manager for the Offshore Division. He will be responsible for all Gulf of Mexico operations where Noble Affiliates, Inc. ("Noble") has interests in both shelf and deepwater properties.
Mr. Peneguy joined the company in 1978 as a landman. In 1981 he became a land manager and then an onshore division general manager in 1994. He was named vice president of the Onshore Division in 2000. Mr. Peneguy is a graduate of Loyola University of New Orleans.
Ted A. Price, previously manager of onshore exploration, has been promoted to vice president and will succeed Mr. Peneguy as the vice president and division manager for the Onshore Division. Noble currently has production operations in 12 states onshore and recently significantly increased its drilling program in the onshore Gulf Coast areas.
Mr. Price joined the company in 1981 as a geologist. He began serving as manager of onshore exploration in 1999. Mr. Price is a graduate of the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Robert K. Burleson, currently president of Noble Gas Marketing, Inc., ("NGM") has assumed the position of vice president of Business Administration. This new position includes responsibility for all marketing activities, as well as the Human Resources and Administration functions. Mr. Burleson will remain president of NGM.
Mr. Burleson joined the company in 1994 as the vice president of NGM. He began serving as president of NGM in 1995. Mr. Burleson is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana.
